Job Description:

Looking for Freshers or Architects with a maximum of 2 years’ experience. The job will involve 2d drawing, 3d modelling and use of rendering software such as SketchUp (or) similar software’s and scheduled site visits.

Responsibilities

• Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
• Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
• Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
• Compile project specifications
• Keep within budgets and timelines
• Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
• Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
• Follow architectural trends and advancements

Requirements

• Strong academic and artistic skills
• Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)
• Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
• Communication and project management skills
• BS degree in Architecture

• Developing new features and improvements of database.
• Close cooperation with Tech Leader, Technical Analyst and Developers.
• Refinement of development tasks basing on best IT knowledge.
• Leverage skills across database
• Apply in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within database and basic knowledge of other components.
• Responsible for delivery of end results timely and accurately.
• Perform impact analyses.
• Propose testing approaches.
• Review risks and schedule development work.
• Advise of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities, and best practices
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

Requirements:

• Experience of minimum 5 years in large scale database projects.
• Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline.
• Experience in banking systems, especially risk.
• Self-organization, setting priorities and filtering information is a key of success.
• Strong Database Development skills are essential for this role. The main requirements are in areas such as:
• SQL/T-SQL development
• SQL Query optimisation
• Warehouse Architecture and Development
• Knowledge and experience of the following, is a benefit:
• Understanding of database systems in depth
• One of the coding languages: python or java or C#
• Basic skills of SQL Server administration
